These processes we run as “Agile Drive”, in this we train the teams on Agile Process, define the custom Agile Process which fits their needs and make them run them selves (culture change, lean and agile approaches to operations and support, executive teamwork, facilities, tools, customer relationships and reports)

Overview:
In overview session we cover the Agile Manifesto, different Agile Methodologies in the industry. This session will give the high level insight about Agile process. Most of the members from the organization can attend this. It opens the Agile debate in the organization.

Process Definition:
This process is collaboration effort of company management and IT Grids consultants, to define the Agile process for the organization by understanding the Company Projects, Clients and their needs. It defines the roles, process (Scrum / XP / DSDM...) for Agile. Generally companies would prefer (as part of process definition) to mix multiple Agile Methodologies, like Scrum and XP.

Training:
Train one or two teams and QA Managers, Project Managers in Agile process (which includes of Agile Manifest and selected Agile processes). This training includes technical (XP) best practices like Test Driven Development (Methodology and Tools), Pair Programming (Methodology and Practice), Continious Integration.

Agile Project Selection:
Pilot this process in one or more projects, where we assist your team in the selection of projects for an agile route and in setting up the internal processes for establishing agile process.
 
Evaluating and Mentoring Agile Project Team:
While piloting this process we mentor the team through out one or two life cycles (iterations) and make sure that not fallen into any non agile processes.
